Devyani Patel

Devyani Patel is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney working alongside qualified attorneys to advise on the full range of trade mark, design, and copyright matters. Devyani has assisted on the clearance, prosecution, and enforcement of trade marks. Devyani is also well-versed in domain name disputes and has drafted a number of domain complaints under the UDRP and at Nominet.

Education 

Devyani has a BA Joint Honours in American Studies and History from the University of Nottingham. She also holds a Master of Laws with Merit from the University of Nottingham, Post Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice with Merit from Queen Mary University of London, and Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice with Distinction from Nottingham Law School.
