Venner Shipley to relocate London office to TIDE Bankside

Venner Shipley will relocate its London office to London’s South Bank in late April 2026. After nearly 20 years at Aldersgate near St Paul’s, the firm is making this move to create a modern, collaborative and sustainable workplace that supports the way its people work today.

The new building, TIDE Bankside, has been selected as one of London’s most environmentally conscious developments, with net zero certification for embodied carbon, a BRE Design Reviewed NABERS 5 Star rating, EPC A, and pending BREEAM Outstanding certification, reflecting the firm’s ongoing commitment to reducing its carbon footprint.

The new office sits adjacent to the south side of the Millennium Bridge so is well connected to traditional city postcodes a short walk away, while at the same time being located amidst the vibrant Bankside area providing numerous amenities.
