Profile
Sudhakar is a European and UK Patent Attorney in our Electronics, Software and Communications team.
He has experience in drafting and prosecuting patents across a range of subjects, with a particular focus on consumer electronics, telecommunications, video coding, antenna technology, and AI-related inventions.
Sudhakar has been involved in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications targeting a number of standards, including the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and Video Coding for Machines (VCM).
Education
Sudhakar was awarded a First-class honours from the University of Oxford for a master’s degree in Physics. During his final year, he specialised in Atmospheric and Oceanic Physics as well as Condensed Matter Physics. His research project aimed to refine a method of creating high energy density plasma in equilibrium by using an X-ray laser pulse to heat magnesium foil.
He also obtained a distinction in his postgraduate certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
