Spencer Knight

Profile 

Spencer is a Part-qualified Patent Attorney in our Chemical and Life Sciences team. Since joining Venner Shipley, Spencer has gained experience drafting and prosecuting UK and European patent applications. This experience has spanned numerous technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, materials, polymers, and devices.

Education

Spencer graduated from Durham University in 2022 with a Master’s in Natural Sciences (Biology and Chemistry). Throughout his degree, he worked on the interface between biology and chemistry and completed a final-year Master’s research project expanding a library of clemastine analogues for treating leishmaniasis.
