Lindsey Morden

Lindsey is an IP Litigation Paralegal with over 12 years’ experience working in both IP litigation and commercial IP. As an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal, she has worked with a variety of clients ranging from individuals and SMEs to global conglomerates across all areas of IP including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and domain disputes. Lindsey utilises her experience to deliver high-quality support and co-ordination across a range of complex litigation and dispute matters before The Company Names Tribunal, Intellectual Property Office, High Court (including the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Patents Court) and Court of Appeal.

Lindsey proactively works with the team and firm to help maintain the department’s smooth and efficient daily operations. She has extensive factual and legal research experience drawing on her legal qualifications and skills gained as a paralegal. In recent years, Lindsey has developed her proficiency in responding to online infringement matters and has experience with resolving domain disputes and submitting online reports.
