INTA 2024 Policy Dialogue: Navigating Non-traditional Marks in Europe

We are delighted to announce that Clare Turnbull will be moderating the panel on Protection of Non-traditional Trademarks at this year’s Policy Dialogue: Navigating Non-traditional Marks in Europe. This panel will explore the importance of protecting non-traditional marks in Europe, along with the opportunities and challenges of doing so. There will be panel discussions on perspectives from the registries, private practice, and industry covering topics such as the extent of consumer recognition for non-traditional marks in branding and best practices to secure and enforce rights against lookalikes.
