INTA 141st Annual Meeting 2019
Our team will be attending this year’s annual meeting in Boston on 18-22 May joining IP professionals, IP Office and government officials, marketers, CEOs and brand protection professionals from around the world to examine the key industry issues.
James Tumbridge is also moderating a panel on Saturday, 18. May on ‘Geographical Indications Around the World’ and David Birchall and Yoann Rousseau will be hosting table topics that same day covering ‘National Interpretations of Article 8(4) EUTMR’ and ‘What Trademark Protection will be Available to the Owners of EU Trademarks after Brexit?’ A list of all Table Topics can be found here.

David Birchall
David is a solicitor (non–practising) and a chartered UK trade mark attorney. He has been working in trade mark prosecution and related intellectual property fields since 2000. He specialises in the management of trade mark portfolios, prosecution of UK, European Union and international marks and co-existence arrangements.
